Warehouse Team Leader


Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will support the effective, efficient, and safe running of our Australian Warehouse. This role is required to assist the Warehouse Manager and lead the other team members in all physical inbound and outbound functions of the warehouse, inventory accuracy, returns processing as well as stock organisation.


  • Provide monthly reports on warehouse & inventory
  • Maintain accurate process documentation on fulfillment & inventory processes
  • Conduct training as required with the team
  • Oversee and refine processes to continually seek improvements of our warehouse operations
  • Fulfill and invoice Wholesale sales orders in Netsuite 
  • Provide guidance to the Warehouse team members, and organise weekly rosters
  • Work with our returns/refunds Officer to ensure KPI’s and customer expectations are being met in a timely manner
  • Daily order dispatch and returns processing both physically and virtually
  • Physical inventory processing including inbound receipts, returns receipts, and stock organization
  • Participating in the bi-annual stock takes and monthly/seasonal cycle counts
  • Working with the Customer Care team to resolve customer issues relating to orders
  • Maintain accurate process documentation on fulfillment & inventory processes
  • Uphold strong Occupational Health & Safety standards and promote these to the team
  • Work with Wholesale to pick, pack and dispatch all orders, seasonally



You will possess strong leadership experience from working within warehousing environments, be a confident multi-tasker and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to lead a team and possess a safety-first mentality, putting the health and wellbeing of the team members first. You have the ability to actively deliver and accept feedback and can be flexible and adaptable depending on the needs of the business.



  • Experience in similar role in a warehouse environment
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, problem solving and people skills
  • Highly motivated, positive outlook and outstanding attention to detail
  • Hands on / solution oriented, ability to take ownership & accountability for actions and work as part of a team


  • Experience with Netsuite or equivalent ERP system
  • Previous work history in the retail and/or fashion industries
  • Previous work experience in stock control
