The Role
Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a values-led fashion brand? Spell is seeking passionate Store Casuals to join our Byron Bay retail team. As a Store Assistant, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift, ensuring our store runs smoothly and customers feel welcomed and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, genuine customer service to all visitors
- Support daily store operations, including stock, styling and maintaining a beautiful store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring displays reflect the Spell aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an inspiring customer experience
About You
- You're passionate about fashion, sustainability and creating memorable customer experiences
- You're a confident communicator with strong people skills
- Reliable, flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays during the Summer/Christmas period
- You're a positive, proactive and true team player
