the wandering elephant
In the creative world, there’s nothing quite as wonderful as a collaboration. I love the merging of different talents, passions and aesthetics, breathing into life a creation that, were it not for this ‘coming together’, would never have existed. So it was with great anticipation (and with credit card in my hot little hand) I’ve been awaiting the Wandering Elephant Towel, a not for profit collaboration piece by With Love, Daisy Chain and Tasha Clarke, with 100% of the profits going to The International Elephant Project.
The collaboration begins when Georgia, the creator of emerging label With Love, Daisy Chain, approached Tasha to create a print for this towel, and extends even further with the shoot photographed by CharleySDG and styled by Coconut, Lemon & Lime’s Leana Mullane. I can’t even imagine what a melting pot of inspiration this shoot must have been!!
The gorgeous plush cotton velour towel, trimmed in thick white tassels features a hand-designed print bursting with a technicoloured 60s inspired floral-paisley print. It’s a divine beach must-have this season. Can’t wait to get my hands on one!
